RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Audit social accounts to identify areas for improvement
Work alongside the wider marketing team to deliver full-service digital marketing strategies for clients
Liaise with clients to ensure recommendations are implemented successfully
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Create and execute social media strategies to improve clients' online presence
Working across multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter & Pinterest.
Creation of both organic and paid social campaigns.
Produce timely and informative performance reports for clients
Conduct competitor analysis and insights.
Create graphics on Canva or similar software.
Work alongside the wider marketing team to deliver full service digital marketing strategies for our clients.
Build and nurture relationships with clients
Create and execute content marketing strategies to help our clients improve their online presence
Support in the management of Surge’s own digital marketing strategy
Maintain the production of detailed monthly reporting documents to monitor and communicate marketing performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written & communication skills
Demonstrable experience in search traffic growth from a current/previous position
Good working knowledge of Facebook Pixel
Experience in reporting back to clients, making recommendations for improvements, and providing rationale behind those recommendations
Willingness to learn about other areas in the marketing mix and how digital fits together
Understanding of best practice International social media strategies and implementation
High standard of client managment
Knowledge of other marketing activities that impact overall campaign performance
Experience using Canva
Good understanding of Google Analytics
Experience using various social platforms and paid advertising
Experience working with E-Commerce accounts.
