Dr.Veige is originally from Ontario, Canada and now lives in the UK and is a leader in clinical dentistry. Not only does he own his in-house dental laboratory, he’s a lecturer for multiple implant companies and mentors new dentists. In 2019, Dr.Veige launched his own dental practice.

The Brief

As this was a start-up company, they required a complete solution to help him develop a brand and a brochure website.

Smile Designs wanted to create a luxury brand as they were going to be a high end offering so the branding and website would need to reflect this.

They also required people to know they had set up in business so required a plan to promote their services in the local and surrounding area to include Harrogate, Sheffield, York and Leeds.

What Surge Delivered

Our design team delivered a slick and professional logo which helped to set the tone for their custom brochure website built on the WordPress platform to ensure they had a website that was easy for them to update content and images in the future.

Whilst we were developing the website, we built an audience on social media by creating content for Facebook and Instagram. In order to ensure the right demographic was engaging with the content, we created custom audiences and pushed out a mixture of content and adverts to generate reach, engagement and enquiries.

Once the website was live, we were able to start their Google Ads campaign to ensure they were being found for specific search terms. As usual, we provided a monthly report and kept the client informed as to what was happening with their campaigns throughout.

What We Have Achieved In 12 Months

As with any new business, it took a few months to start to build the right level of traction, especially as this was the main form of advertising and the client did not have an existing client base. However, once it started performing, the results were fantastic.

  • Over 500 tracked enquiries

After reviewing the figures from the 12 months, the client increased their marketing activity with us. We now carry out SEO and we have increased the size of the geographic area. The client wishes to target more of the UK as people are more likely to travel from around the UK for one of their treatments.
